Private Medical Insurance
We are registered with all major private medical insurers (Bupa, AXA PPP, Aviva, Cigna, Standard Life, Simply Health). Please check the terms and conditions of your policy prior to booking an appointment. For most insurance companies it is usual that you must contact your GP for physiotherapy referral first. You will then be given a claim number for your physiotherapy treatment which you bring with you to your first appointment. This enables us to claim directly from your individual provider. Other companies such as Westfield and Benenden also require GP referral but you must pay for your treatment at the time and will be given a receipt to claim back. This is usually refunded within 7 days of receiving your receipt.
Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice must be given otherwise full treatment fee is applicable.
